The catalogue had flagged this article because the legible text describes a Victoria investment adviser whose husband manages Metchosin search and rescue, which did not obviously match PEOPLE_INDEX.md's attribution of a quote from it to Vickie Weber. The scan confirms that the article covers three people - Susan Knowler, Vickie Weber and Linda Hillard - so both readings were right: the profile's main subject is Knowler, and Weber is in the article, which is why the people index quote stands.
