Andre left home around 7 p.m. after a family argument, after his father threatened to take away his video games; Andre struggled with depression and anxiety and had expressed thoughts of self-harm, according to his parents Glenn and Denise Courtemanche. West Shore RCMP and the BC Coroners Service conducted parallel investigations.
