Two separate calls on the same day at opposite ends of the trail — a helicopter extraction at Botanical Beach and three lost hikers north of Bear Beach. The 2024 annual statistics piece held here records more than forty callouts that year, and this page shows how two of them can land at once. This page was recovered from inside the ProQuest bulk export already held in the archive, where it had been listed as referenced but not held.
